Anderson has the physical tools to be a good defender. He won't keep up with the elite, but he can rebound and he can disrupt in the half court. He'll be fine in the league.
Its hard to say top 10 lock though, cause I'm sure many teams wouldn't really know how to utilize him effectively though. Cleveland does seem like a good look though. Would allow Kyrie to play of the ball more and really look for his shot. He's gonna be an atrocious defender.
