Draymond wasn't close to a 5 star. 4-5 star talent can be developed also. Payne in his first year is nothing close to what he is now so yeah Izzo does develop//erased the myth that he cant develop bigs. Cats were calling Payne trash (some of you UofM cats too) in the beginning
