I don't have cable or direct TV or whatever it is. So any info on Hulu or Netflix having it

So much incorrect information you are receiving from that one poster
Real talk though, all Freeform (channel owned by Disney) shows are next day available on Hulu (co-owned by Disney) immediately. So when a Marvel’s Cloak And Dagger episode airs live on Freeform that night the next day (usually in the morning around 8AM) that episode will be up on Hulu. So you will be able to keep up with everyone else.
