He’s being a bytch with this shyt. He’s using them to negotiate for a bigger contract.
I honestly don’t think that’s what it is (if I’m reading what you’re saying right)

I really think he wants to go back to the league, but no one wants to hire him. So he’s continually running back to Michigan with his tail tucked between his legs. I just don’t know who looks worse here. Jim for continually tryna land fine bytch and repeatedly getting turned down. Or the steady girlfriend that’s put up with all his bullshyt, and stays loyal to him.. through thick and thin.

^^ this right here is the tweet..

We have one of the very few situations an interim type coach can win right away. He’s the backup plan for Denver and Carolina already gave a nice ‘no’. There isn’t a college job on this level available he won’t have to sink years in to rebuild, so there’s no leverage. Warde has to do his job now

I think this is embarrassing our names. I always expected Jim and Juwan to seriously listen to GOOD opportunities. But to chase one of the worst situations doesn’t help Michigan at all.

See, I don’t know how true this is. This is the exact opposite of how this story was originally reported. If Jim really wants to go back to the league then cut him loose right now. He’s wasting our time. But honestly, this can all be resolved by giving him a new deal with a very high buy out. But knowing players on the team, I’ve heard of how stubborn Jim is so I don’t doubt the “finally listening to coaches” part at all from Nick.

That burger sanction shyt is enough to make someone quit, to be fair.
I wonder if "Michigan has the chance to make this all go away" is tied to how they respond to any punishment he's given for that nonsense?

Obviously I'm purely speculating, but that's the only thing I could imagine him needing to secure leverage for.

I’m not sure why Jim is forcing this, no doubt he’s a good coach with, good acumen, but throwing yourself out there getting curved by everyone is a bad look, and a call to just relax, i get it, you’ve done what you needed to and are looking for what’s next, plus the grind of recruiting is a young man’s game, but at some point shyt or get off the pot, i know wards in a position where he has to give leeway but it’s like what are we doing here

When my dad was 58, it wasn’t much different than he was at 30. Same energy, same amount of hoes, same mental acumen. He’s 63 now and it’s like he’s aged 30 years in 5. If that’s Jim and he feels that day coming, why not step away now like Lloyd should have

Yeah this is starting to wear on the fans, recruits, and probably the team. Jim is obviously the one pushing this.

I said this before the TCU, had we won it all I was 100% confident he was leaving. It’s not about a contract with Michigan, it’s not about the money. Jim just wants to be a NFL coach that it seems now he will take ANY situation.

I want him back but if this continues in the next couple of days he should probably leave. The new coach will be on 3rd base but the thing is it doesn’t seem the NFL wants him right now. There’s way too much smoke.
