I don't think it's Warde honestly remember he could've fired Harbaugh after 2020 but he rolled the dice. I think "wanted" means upping the $$ for assistants making sure the NIL is straight keep this train rolling. The University has to show they want to keep the commitment to winning. According to Isiah Hole the NIL is getting a lot better with more $ coming in we'll see. The entire staff needs to be highest paid in the country

NIL is better.

This year we already at 5 Ms for the collective and going to crack 10 easily.

Plus Stephen Ross basically said he will do anything thats necessary to keep Jim at Michigan which really means "ill bankroll anything"
