Yeesh Whittingham, I know he had success at Utah and a was a thorn in Oregon and USC's side, but this is a risky hire.

I know he likes using the tight ends a lot, but is he going to be able to bring in receivers.

Also will Bryce and Marsh and the other offensive talent stay.

Need to nail the OC hire and keep our WR/RB/OL coaches to not see tons of transfers.

The freshman class coming in has 2 dogs: Travis Johnson and Brady Marchese. Whittingham wont pull WRs so yeah we kinda need to keep Bellamy now.

Depends on the GM and the OC hires. Alford, Bellamy, and Newsome will continue to recruit well as long as the NIL support is there.

This was the logical choice given the predicament. If you can’t get Deboer or the teenager from ASU, you need someone with the toughness, stability and authority. None of the other candidates left have the chops.

I’m not totally convinced that recruits suddenly don’t like money. That kids are gonna throw away M’s to jump in the portal.

I’d hold off on counting Marchese as a part of this class. There’s rumblings that he’s probably gonna dip out before even arriving on campus.

I’ve read on multiple sites that he wasn’t a fan of some kind of deal their school signed. I think it’s something similar to the bullshyt that the Big Ten was trying to get Michigan and USC to sign off on.
