USC run defense is no where near as stout as Wisconsin. Illinois went up & down the field on that defense
And USC has the best offense Michigan will arguably play all season. New Mexico and Netrashka didn't have stout defensive fronts either, but they still forced 3 and outs. If the OL isn't going to pass block and the WRs are dropping passes, then that makes it easier for USC to sell out vs the run.

The show is good, Devin never pulls punches when talking about players.

They sold out against the run last year we still ran all over them. Their run D isn't good. Usc also hasn't played besides Illnois anyone with a pulse. How can we realistically gage how good that offense is. Their o-line is still suspect It's USC they'll always have skill position talent. They are iffy in the trenches both sides advantage Michigan

Quote from MgoBlog but sums up my thoughts.

“Reminder, MSU gave USC a much better game in the Coliseum just a few weeks ago. I watched that game and MSU actually had a real shot at winning that game. The same MSU that got blown out at home by UCLA today and whose fans are currently trying to get their coach fired.

I say this because I know that by tomorrow morning the excuses machine will have revved up and talk up USC to be a juggernaut Michigan just couldn't compete with.

By the way, seeing Mateer today vs Texas was also a good reminder that just because he looked like a Heisman candidate vs Michigan in September doesn't mean he's actually all that good. It may have just been Michigan that made him look good.”

Moore better get to work, I doubt boosters want to be shelling out millions for 8-5 seasons

thats just :mjpls:that never wanted him hired in the first place.

i had us at 9-3 this year and if he does that then we are still right on schedule if he keeps evolving and adapting.
Washington is a good team. Probably as good as USC. Only allowed 24 points vs OSU in a game where they got screwed on some calls. We will know what the rest of the season will look like next week.
