Like I said.. I dont think its fair for Warde. But optics play a HUGE role in a high level position like an huge universities athletic director. And the optics are real bad right now. Right when we think we can move on, another black eye for the university. And we don't even have a president right now.. so it cant be them.

You can’t really hire another head coach without him knowing by who his AD is so if you remove Warde you also immediately need to hire an AD. Moreover, Warde just signed a 5 year extension and would certainly litigate if there was cause to terminate him. And I would say that he would win. You can’t use stuff prior to this extension against him because you granted him that extension knowing all of these things unless there are specific contract clauses.

True. That's why I mentioned in another post to hire the coach first and then bush Warde (if that's what they're wanting to do)

How good is Dillingham, I know he had ASU pretty good last year and they almost beat Texas in the playoffs, don't know anything about him really.
