Just the default one with the buttons. Is that why my bat coverage is always the middle of the plate, even when I move the left stick in the direction of the pitch?

Yeah. you gotta use zone. Thats where you use the left stick to aim and the buttons to swing. You can get a lot more solid contact on pitches all over the strike zone

Some people in the league use directional hitting but I get a lot more solid contact using zone

Hitting worked much better with zone. :leon:

Could be just because it was against @Sonny Corinthos though. :lupe:
