I didn't say wrestling wasn't a major part of MMA, that other 'git' did. I said it wasn't SOLEY wrestling, and in the context he quoted me....a video of guida playing defensive back, he's not even wrestling, so I dont even know why he's quoting me to begin with. Wrestling to get the top position followed by submission is great. Wrestling to stall tho? cmon son.
trying to make a point with no point. if you like watching tag matches fine, but that's not fighting, that's not MMA. the point of MMA is to KO him or submit him. that's your objective. Jackson has turned it into a points game, completely avoiding the fight, tagging and winning off points ,that's not MMA. and if you dont know that, you might want to read up on some Mitsuyo Maeda.
