Wasn't this dude talking about Nate groveling on his knees and begging to fight him a couple of months ago?
How quickly things change :mjlol:

He's hurting the McGregor productions gimmick he was attempting to portray, starting to sound like an employee.:skip: I don't even get his gripe, he wants the fight they want the fight, for the fight to happen a press tour is required and he doesn't want to do that end of story. If he hasn't changed his stance then these tweets are foolish and hurting his image

"The Notorious Twitter Fingers" Conor McGregor out chea regretting his decision :mjlol: UFC 200 is very capable of doing over a million buys so he better just sit down, and shut the fukk before he does any more damage to his brand.

You can get a 7 day free trial for UFC Fight Pass, and get access to pretty much any fight of any significance from over the last 20 years.

In terms of fights to watch, if you get Fight Pass I would start by watching every fight from Anderson Silva's and Jon Jones' respective careers. There's a lot of other stuff to watch obviously, but you can't go wrong by starting your MMA journey by introducing yourself to two of the best of all time.

Getting good hyped for Overeem and Arlovski...I think these Sunday afternoon cards are a great idea while football is gone...if Reem wins...does he get a title shot...or does he run it back with Big Ben and/or JDS?

Thanks, I think Reddit has got mmafights as well.

Anyone got some favourite fights I should watch?

Trying to absorb some history of the UFC as well as keeping up to date.

Some pretty common favs:
Don Frye vs Yoshihiro Takayama (kinda hilarious fight, dude's did not defend their faces at all but it's one of the most entertaining ever for sheer insanity)
Crocop v Fedor
Rampage v Arona
Forrest Griffin vs Stephan Bonner
Noguiera vs Sapp (personal favorite of mine)
Robbie Lawler vs Rory MacDonald (fight of the year last year)
Chad Mendes vs Jose Aldo 2 (another arguable recent fight of the year)
Royce Gracie vs Kimo Leopoldo (original UFC rules, a great one to see how far we've come while still being one of the most entertaining fights)

Other than that, certain fighters are just reliably entertaining and fun to watch. Anderson's whole career, Robbie Lawler's, Nick Diaz, Chuck Liddell, Shogun Rua and Wanderlei's PRIDE careers...those are all names you can pretty much watch any fight from and be entertained with few exceptions.

Honestly don't get too deep into it. It's like music. You listen to the classics but just stay current because the old stuff is all very dated. Watch some classic fights but don't go too deep into the old stuff because the sport already changed so much and progressed that you'll feel like you're watching a bunch of amateurs. Like a bunch of Pride Highlight videos would be great to take you back. I remember watching all of those events live. It was so fun. During that time, I thought Pride would go on forever. :sadbron:
