Bellator are promoting guys like primus, caldwell, baby slice, dundas and mcgregor lite Gallagher if they arent gaining traction thats another issue but the effort is there.

Ps Pre-nwo wcw still had guys like flair, surfer sting, rick rude and steamboat front and centre putting on 5 star matches its just the rest of the product was nondescript. There is nothing popping about bellator at all not fights and not signees they are even wasting money on getting big john and that bald goof glazer. Which is like TNA when they started signing guys like foley/flair to to be talent in 2010s
