He's going Tupac on the fighters. lol

Joe Silva is the one tossing them in the bushes for the most part but it's still funny.

Dana White says Urijah Faber might be the next to go if he loses on Saturday? Wow.

Yikes. RT @davedoylemma: Dana says "we have over 100 guys too many on the roster" and "more blood will be spilled"

Also King Mo is fighting on Bellator tonight.

Dan's gotta corner him somehow. I just don't think he's fast enough anymore to do it. Machida generally circles away to counter almost the same way. A quick right handed fighter can do work on him when he makes his move.

I just don't see Hendo getting ahold of him, by the 3rd round Lyoto is going to be teeing off on a tired Dan IMO.

@UFCTonight: "Ronda Rousey blows Brock Lesnar out of the water" - Dana White in terms of star power and media coverage Rousey has brought to UFC 157.

 we shall see

Everyone I've talked to that watches MMA has been lukewarm about it and doesn't understand how Hendo Vs. Machida isn't the Main Event. I think Dana's in for a rude awakening.

It's like I want to see Women's mma succeed and thrive. I just hate the way they're going about it. Anything can happen in a fight and if somehow Ronda loses there's gonna be a whole lot of "what had happened was" going on.

I don't think the ppv will do well either numbers wise but ill be happy to be wrong

I agree if they slowly injected womens MMA in with maybe a co main event on a fox event and then build it from there it would be better instead of just throwing Ronda Rousey out there like shes this huge star that everyone knows about without doing the dirty work to build up the division.

I'm not sure why Hendo vs Machida would be a main event. Hendo hasnt fought since 2011. Machida last 2 fights is a win over badr, nuthin special, and a loss to the champ.

Yeah I know its women, but a championship fight is still a championship fight.

Yea the revenue must be drying up. No other reason why he would threaten to cut a guy like Faber. They are getring rid of a lot of so called "boring fighters" who don't finish and overpaid, washed up guys. Guys like Shogun and Edgar should be scared

Yeah breh, something isnt adding up here...Edgar has a decent following so i think hes safe. Shogun is a few fights away from retirement though i think as well. But this shyt isnt a good sign at all

it looks like to me, Dana is starting to make the UFC more in to the Fox Entertainment model, than the MMA fighting model. A fighter like Jon Fitch isnt good for network tv, no spectacular highlights, or knockouts or submissions. Jus grinding out fights makin young up n comers look bad.

Faber, back in days was great for WEC, but in all honesty, since he's come over to the UFC, his fights havent really been exciting, he's had 4 fights, 3 went to decision. Him and Cruz dancing back n forth.

Dana wants slugfests or arms broken now to impress the Fox brass. Reem vs Bigfoot is a perfect example of what Dana wants now, just stand and bang. like the old days of tank abbott and cabbage.

thats not really as outlandish as it reads.. Take out starpower and hes right..Brock never really relished the spotlight apart from espn spots he never really did anything else to promote himself/ufc..Ronda has really done the rounds magazine, hbo, primetime, newspapers.Ufc have used her 15 minutes to the max

:rudy: do u honestly think dana isnt privy to how many buys 157 is doin, projections and what not? come on.. everything he is saying is just lip service, if 157 ends up doin below 300k he aint goin to be blindsided breh

You're right, from what I can remember, he was [somewhat] bruised up, it wasn't anything too bad though.

Diaz and Rory were the only two times I remember him looking physically battered and bruised.

The 2nd GSP fight was a pounding, he got his will beaten out of him but he wasn't too bad off cosmetically. BJ has always been notoriously hard to cut/bruise. I think it's why he's always been so lazy, gifted athletically, granite chinned and elephant skinned. Made him feel he didn't need to put the work in

A powerful prime Matt Hughes had him crucifixed and rendered helpless but didn't do much to him cut/bruise wise.

This is the first season I've really watched these Bellator Tournaments and the gap between some of these fighters is pretty big thats why you get a ton of stoppages like tonight.
