dont disagree with any of thisDana fukked up letting Pettis drop to 145 instead of the money fight with Bendo(easy backstory of Pettis being the last man to beat him) The Pettis/Aldo bout will no doubt be good but their are plenty of contenders for Aldo at 145( Zombie, Mendes, Swanson) where Bendo has defeated most of his. If anything, I would rather see him fight Thompson then either Maynard(got finished by Frankie, had one of the worst fights of last year with Guida and still almost lost, coming off injury) or Grant(hasn't even beaten a gatekeeper at 155). One thing's for certain, Bendo isn't getting on PPV anytime soon with those two(may even be on FX if its Grant)
true the thomson vs henderson fight is a no brainer. But seeing as tho benson isnt a draw they can afford to put him in maynard/grant type fights for fuel/fxJust remember Dana is free to change his mind until the contract is signed![]()
couldnt believe when I read that seems with bendo's style and the list of remaining contenders once he beats maynard the LW division will be in the![]()
Pretty solid card I thought. Loved the Mein Brown fight obviously, Matt Brown is a beast, I can't see it happening but him vs Nick Diaz would be such a fun fight to watch.
I thought Gil won the main event. Watched it twice and still feel the same, that being said I could see why some would argue the other way. Exciting to see Gil in the UFC though, lots of potential matches for him, if Alvarez is ever able to officially sign I'd love to see that fight happen.
Is Bang Ludwig really the reason Alpha Male are takin heads off?
Agree that it's surprising to hear Tj Grant's name in title talks right now but I wouldn't sleep on him, a lot of people believe he actually won the fight he had with Hendricks. Also he's looked great at 155 and although he hasn't fought the biggest names he made Wiman and Dunham look worse than I've seen anyone else do.
Chael Sonnen is such a fukk head i can't wait til Jones kicks the shyt out of him
Anybody catch the reactions of Cain during the Diaz fight?

Isn't that Rhonda sitting next to Cain...that explains the look of horror on her face and the girl next to her.

Now, the usual disclaimer: The figures do not include deductions for items such as insurance, licenses and taxes. Additionally, the figures do not include money paid by sponsors, which can oftentimes be a substantial portion of a fighter's income. They also do not include any other "locker room" or special discretionary bonuses the UFC oftentimes pays.
For example, as previously reported, UFC officials handed out additional $50,000 UFC on FOX 7 bonuses to Romero and Thomson (dual "KO of the Night" winners), and Brown and Mein ("Fight of the Night").
In other words, the above figures are simply base salaries reported to the commission and do not reflect entire compensation packages for the event.
Who do you think wins Kongo vs Nelson, seems like a dull fight , but hard to call
