I don't see how Bader has any hope in hell of beating Glover. and I hope Jacare beats Snoozekami

I'm not going to look, but you've said on numerous occasions that he's not exciting at all, he's put on FOX because he's not exciting, doesn't headline PPVs because of the same reason and have generally hinted to the idea that he's boring. At times, it's almost blatant that you believe he's boring.
i wouldnt say hes l&p type boring but lets not pretend his fights have replay value

He's generally an exciting fighter. He's never had a boring fight and has a good amount of great fights [fight w/ Diaz, Guida, Miller, Edgar I, etc.]. Even his fight with Melendez was a good back and forth battle. Sure, there were times where he could've been more agressive, but for the most part, it was a good fight.

Glover is going to demolish Bader, he's literally better everywhere [striking, power, BJJ, etc.], except for wrestling.

Okama/Jacare is a great clash of grappling styles. I'm hoping for a Jacare win as well.

Not everyone is going to be an Anderson or Jones though. Fighters like them are very few and far between, especially when you take into consideration their level of competition.

TJ Grant will get his lightweight title shot after all.
UFC president Dana White confirmed to MMAFighting.com on Tuesday that Grant (21-5) will meet newly-minted 155-pound champion Anthony Pettis (17-2) in Pettis' next fight. Yahoo Sports' Kevin Iole first tweeted the news.

White said a superfight between Pettis and Jose Aldo was never seriously considered because Grant "was next."

No word just yet when Pettis' first title defense will take place. That largely depends on the the results of an MRI he had on Tuesday on his left knee, however, those are unavailable at this time. Pettis said he thought he might have injured his knee before submitting Benson Henderson on Saturday night to win the lightweight title in his hometown of Milwaukee, WI.

The Canadian Grant was scheduled to meet then-champion Henderson at UFC 164, however, he pulled out of the fight due to a concussion suffered in training. He is 5-0 since dropping down to lightweight two years ago.

"I didn't expect to hear that so soon," Grant told MMAFighting.com. "What can I say? I am a happy man. It's gonna be a hell of a fight."

UFC returns to Australia on Dec. 21, and heavyweight Mark Hunt will be on the main event of the Fight Night card.

Sources close to the situation told MMAFighting.com that Pride veteran Mark Hunt has verbally agreed to meet Brazilian heavyweight Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva in a five-round battle in Australia on Dec. 21, but the city or venue for the event has not been determined. Combate first reported the news.

None of Jon Jones fights are worth checking back for, same with Silva outside the first Sonnen fight. I would rather watch the first pettis/edgar fights and the melendez fights before any of those two

stopped reading here, if u werent at least replaying jones's gusmao fight (where the story began), Bonnar fight (his breakout) or shogun (where he etched his name in history).Or any of anderson's fights (where u just have to marvel at greatness at work) then I dont know how you can call yourself an mma fan.Its like a basketball fan saying jordan's free throw line dunk/switch of hands layup or gamewinner against utah n d finals had no replay value :rudy: so called mma fans are cray

:whoa: with Anderson. He has a lot of good fights. I agree about Jones. His fights from when he started up through Shogun are good. After that they're pretty boring and don't have any replay value. It's just the build up that's fun.

:dwillhuh: at the bolded. Anderson's resume has probably the most replay value of anyone in MMA. I've probably watched most of his KOs [Newton, Belfort, Leben, Fryklund,..] hundreds of times and still, I'm in awe.

Jones has some great fights as well, not Anderson level though.

surprised there was nothing on this but y'all know roid shark sherk just called it a career right? he was pretty boring for most of his career but seemed to become an exciting fighter close to the end (ie hermes franca and beyond). He was a good gate keeper tbh :ehh:
