:wtf: Top 7 MW in the world [arguably top 5], loses 1 fight after a 3-fight win streak and then he gets cut? Damn, I understand he's not exciting, but that doesn't mean he deserves to get cut.

Beat me to it. That's pretty much what I thought when I saw it.

Okami is no slouch. He'll do well where ever he ends up next.

Agreed. I believe he has more than enough skill to be champion wherever he ends up [whether it be Bellator or WSOF].

its :ld: hes obviously plateaued and is on a slide, the way hes losing lately it seems mental too. Hes overachieved as far as asians go in american mma but he needs to go to legacy or something to get his confidence back. Do the ufc really need him tho, no

Tim Kennedy gets spared a frustrating night of getting hit at will and being too slow to do anything about it in front of the troops.

Machida v Munoz is kinda intriguing to me moreso than either other planned fight

The same thing will happen to Munoz. Machida via TKO or one-sided decision. I don't see how Munoz wins this, he's not taking Machida down and if it stays on the feet, he's not out-striking him either.

I don't disagree. if he's as motivated and angry as he was while beating up Tim Boetsch Munoz can make it fun chasing after Lyoto until he gets either stopped late or UD'd

I'm almost positive Anderson would fight Munoz, but he would never fight Machida. So, who he's backing is pretty obvious.

They are both his training partners in private of course its always going to be machida just based on the brazillian comraderie. But if he was put on the spot in an interview you think he wouldnt be diplomatic? :mjpls:

Okami will become champ outside the UFC, where ever he winds up. I don't think he was ever the same mentality after Anderson/Botesh put on them beatings

Lyoto/Munoz is an interesting matchup. you know munoz is gonna try to get Lyoto down, but his TDD is superb
