Wow so fukk Rory/Woodley huh? I expect Lawler to destroy Brown. He doesn't have technical striking nor cardio to keep up. And his body is suspect too.

Another interview with Dong Hyun Kim:
This fight is the biggest challenge and at the same time opportunity in my fighter career. Lombard is practically a champion-level guy. I think if I can beat Lombard, I can beat the champion, too."

"I don't think I'll definitely win. To be realistic my chance of winning is about 30% only. The important thing is, if you get scared just because you don't have a great chance of winning, you will lose 100%. My 30% chance means that, if I fight him 10 times, I can beat him 3 times. I must prepare myself so that 23 August will be one of those 3 times that I win. I need strong mentality that enables me to throw one more punch even as I'm getting knocked down. Also I need a very detailed strategy."

"I will go forward even at the risk of getting KOed. There's no way I can win unless I make him suffer. Somehow I need to weather through the storm and wait for the chance. Of course I also have a weapon to KO him. I will risk everything on what will be my biggest opportunity and the most dangerous battle in life."

"I will win impressively or die like a warrior. Isn't that the mentality of a real fighter? I will go forward and die'.

Wanderlei out, Vitor replacement vs Chael according to reports from Brazil

The card for UFC 175 on Wednesday suffered a decent turn of screenplays. After starring with Chael Sonnen moments of biggest rivalry TUF Brazil 3, Wanderlei Silva 's out of the fight against the U.S. that would loudmouth in the July 5 event in Las Vegas. TheCombate.com found that his replacement will be none other than Vitor Belfort , who returns to work for the UFC in Las Vegas, after all the controversy involving his name and the use of TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy). The fight between Chael Sonnen and Vitor Belfort remains the penultimate event, which will feature two title fights: the weights of female-cocks between Ronda Rousey and Alexis Davis, and the weight-average, between Lyoto Machida and Chris Weidman.

Understand the case

Wanderlei Silva, and Chael Sonnen, was convened by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) - the body that regulates the combat sports in the American state - to attend earlier this week to conduct medical examinations and doping, required for the granting of license to fight in the American state. Chael Sonnen, who used TRT and stopped therapy after the ban by the NSAC, showed up and did all examinations and tests, and cleared to fight. Have Wanderlei Silva did not appear on the stipulated date. His presence did not cause the Commission did not grant him a license to fight in the UFC 175 replaced by Belfort.

The absence of Wanderlei Silva on the stipulated date NSAC, which would have been advised to fighters with all the advance of protocol, would be very wrong with the UFC, who has studied sanctions fighter, as terminate his contract.

The Combate.com also found that Vitor Belfort has performed the required by the Nevada State Athletic Commission to grant a license, found negative for banned substances and high levels of testosterone in all examinations.

I like this fight more, but I just hope Chael doesn't get a title shot off this win.

Vitor via KO

:snoop: Wandy wtf man. I'm on one hand glad I won't have to watch him get big brother'd by Chael but damn. Chael is going to go into super troll mode now

I dunno that an un TRT'd Vitor can keep Chael from wrestling that title shot away from him either.

Wandy should honestly get fired for this bullshyt. He's a bullshyt artist who never had any intention of fighting Chael. All that BS over PPV points, rescheduling, refusing to sign the contract, etc. And I think Vitor crushes Chael. Chael is off TRT too. Vitor, TRT or not, has had a career resurgence. Even if Sonnen tries to wrestlefukk him, Vitor is active off his back and could easily submit him

Welp, Chael called it.

I always love watching Wand fight, but I'm fukking disappointed with him on this. Unless this was a scary life-threatening injury or serious psychological mental breakdown, there is NO EXCUSE for doing this. After all the threats and shyt-talking about how you were gonna kill Chael, in the end, YOU bailed out, not Chael. How laughably sad, man.

No hespect for Wand for this. No hespect at all.

Still, with that said, this makes the card for July 5th even more epic, and I can't wait for this to go down. When Urijah freakin' Faber is in the FOURTH featured bout, it lets you know how stacked this card is. Let the injury Gods spare us for this event, please.

I don't disagree about Vitor off his back is dangerous. Ask Jones BUT he has been smothered by cats who fight like Chael before and if Chael is smart he goes to his bread and butter immediately. It's his only shot at beating Vitor but it's a damn good shot.

According to sources w/ knowledge of the situation, Silva's failure to apply for a license in Nevada & take a random drug test led to this.
