ahh the old randy couture schtick, mostly accept fights against "named" fighters so a loss can always be dressed up as "well look at the fighters he faced".Dude really wasnt that good he was a juicer with a big mouth highly favoured by cacs thirsty for an idolHe's faced some of very tough opponents.
Chael was/and is garbage. Without the roids he was just a wrestler and you could pretty much pinpoint when he started using in the UFC which was the fight with Dan Miller, and the subsequent fights with Okami & Marquardt.

that routine only really had legs the moment he started talking slick about the greatest mmaist by the time he tried to do it with jones who stylistically was a bad match it got corny and transparent
174 is dope imo. The main event is kind of ehh. I don't think Ali will have much of anything for Mighty Mouse, but who knows. The rest of the main card has the potential to be fun though. Shame the Main Event is killing the buzz. If you threw a HW or LHW main event on this card i bet people would be hype.

Like you said, Ali/MM is not very interesting. And who knows what shape Ali is in since Khabilov beat the shyt out of him. Woodley/MacDonald and Pitbull/Schaub look like stinkers. Jimmo on the main card also

I'm excited in theory. All three can be dope but they can also suck. Woodley MacDonald could be Tyron coming out strong or it could be Rory keeping him at bay while Tryon gasses. AA VS Schaub could be an epic ko on Schaub (which is what i want) but it could be AA getting layed on or knocked out (which i think will happen). The Jimmo fight will be a good slow fight. Just normal but fun. If the guys i want to win, actually do win, i'll be happy since this card has a lot of dudes i don't like. lol Prelims aren't the worst either.
I actually think the main card for 174 looks great but I gotta work so....I ain't coppin' that sheit.
