Cub let Stephens land a lot more than he should've. I guess he still deserves the next shot at the title though.

I was worried about Cub for a minute, Stephens was hitting him with those power shots with that right hand. Once he was able to land that body kick and follow up, he started to take over. Still a very close and competitive fight. Swanson has been one of the most exciting fighters in the FW division and should get the next title shot now. He has a stiff challenge in whoever he faces. I don't see him getting double flying kneed like before, but Aldo is a more technical striker and doesn't get hit nearly as much as Cub does. If he fights Mendes, his striking has improved a lot since they first fought and he always has his wrestling to fall back on.

Failed that shyt and Dana will still :cape: for him. Dude should be fired from his Fox Sports 1 gig.
sounds harsh but i agree its like nobody cares if fighters get popped unless they are brazillian or have a dark hue. This dude is basically mma's ben johnson he should be racked through the coals and treated as a blemish rather than given a late night platform to do his schtick like hes an ambassador. Just gives weight to the theory UFC/mma isnt a real sport yet, I dont give a damn how niche you are not going to have a guy like him front the companies flagship program

we know why tho right

it's funny you say that tho cause I had no idea the likes of Chael and Hendo were on the shyt till they admitted it themselves or it was casually mentioned in an article

but on the other hand sports media journalists and the mma fanbase of fakkit sherdog denizens alike dragged Vitor's name through the mud along every step of his last run

but we know why :sas1:

still, Chael is awesome and a trill nikka :salute:, shyt I wouldn't have punished him either to keep it 100. and it ain't like he doesn't do whatever job he's put to well (fighter, analyst, commentator, TUF coach) How they handle him will just show how hard Dana will play favorites, but after seeing how he dikkrides Rousey it shouldn't surprise anyone anymore:aicmon:

Las Vegas, Nev. – The UFC and FOX Sports organizations announced today the termination of their respective broadcasting services agreements with analyst Chael Sonnen. This decision comes in light of Sonnen failing a second test conducted by the Nevada Athletic Commission for banned substances in June. Sonnen was previously under temporary suspension by the Nevada Athletic Commission for failing an initial test conducted in May.
