I'm assuming they give her a striker and then a title shot.

She needs at least 2-3 fights before Ronda. I think only one person out of the 6 shes fought has an actual wikipedia page and that person lost to trash ass Julie Kedzie 3 times. She needs to fight a striker to introduce her(maybe Germaine de randamie), then maybe a mid tier girl like Carmouche, then a grappler like Mcmann/Tate. See if she is serious and build her up. I would hate for them to do to her like Mcmann and have her fight some can and then Ronda. Either scenario she won't beat Ronda. But at least if they build her up, they can build some interest and draw money instead of it being the Ronda show featuring women X

Holly was after, of course, Cyborg on my list of opponents I wanted to see Ronda face to truly test her. McMann is third, but she needs to get up in the striking department to warrant a look at a potential Ronda rematch down the road. Zingano would be 4th.

MMAjunkie today confirmed with a source close to the promotion that injury has forced Johnson out of the bout and that UFC officials are currently seeking a new opponent for Thomson on just two weeks’ notice.

Cat was down on the scorecards in that fight before the stoppage. Nice finish but I wouldn't call that destroying somebody. Destroying is what Ronda did to Tate in the rematch. Beat that hoe in every facet of the game and then made her tap to the same move again.
Cat has too many holes in her game to make me think she has a chance at Rousey. Miesha took her down easily and she keeps her chin straight up in the air when she strikes. Cat is just another one of the girls below Ronda. She does not stand out at all.

Green/Thomson is a solid replacement to Johnson/Thomson. And Cruikshank/Masvidal will be a back and forth striking battle.
