^^That fight would be great between the 2 if it happens. I thought Eddie had one more fight he had do w/Bellator, but if he was able to get out of it and sign with the UFC

My thoughts exactly. But Cerrone can be a punching bag, at times and Alvarez has good, active striking...it's gonna be Alvarez bouncing around and Cerrone trying to walk him down methodically. this 178 card is stacking up to be an all-time great event...even without Gus.
He would have been brought back. Now, if he loses multiple fights. he wont. Hes not exactly a crowd pleaser.
He just fought a guy similar to Glover and got wrecked. You step back and fight a guy like Bader, Feijao, or Rua. Hell even a guy like Cummings would not have been far fetched. Thats what Bader does. Fight a top guy, lose, and face a can or low ranked guy to get his confidence back. You don't go from Anthony Johnson to a fighter with equal heavy hands and an even better ground game
