What side u guys on, since Jones had to pull out due to injury, should he fight Gus now again on the NYE show or DC still? As Gus was the originally scheduled fighter for Jones and both are on the same injury schedule now. Or do we not care ne more, we've seen gus vs jones lets see sumthin new to end the year.

Damn. Is it too late to ask Fox Sports for an extra date :heh: That's gonna be a rough sell for PPV. Barao v Dillashaw 1 was a lot of fun but it was one sided, can't see much changing the second time especially with it being this quick of a turnaround for a rematch

Exactly. Just move that shyt on a sat on Fox like they use to do with shytty cards and Spike. They cannot expect ppl to shell out 60 bucks for that card. Tony Ferguson in the co main of a PPV? :mjlol:

DC. Like others have said, there is already a ton of hype surrounding this fight, why let that go? And Gus lost his chance when he had to pull out due to injury, now it's DC's turn at the title.

It looks like Gus is going to wait for his title shot and not take any fights:
Gustafsson’s manager, Manos Terzitane, told “UFC Tonight” that the Swedish fighter believes he should take Cormier’s place against Jones at UFC 182 on Jan. 3. “The Mauler” was originally slated to face Jones at UFC 178 before withdrawing to undergo knee surgery. Cormier then stepped in to take his place.

Terzitane told UFC Tonight that Gustafsson will not take any fight other than Jones in the meantime
