The sizzle has died down a bit because of an injury prone champ and TUF. The division itself is strong & deep.

What's with you and criticizing pretty much every UFC/MMA fighter. No matter how good they are, what they do, who they beat etc. you always seem to have a problem with them.
who do I have a problem with now? You think it's a sound decision to acquire someone like Alvarez and just place in any old fight against dudes like Lauzon and masvidal who just occupy space atm? U wud risk squandering Eddie's status when there is no clear contender in sight for the champ but the dude he's already beat x2 :leon:

Alvarez destroys Cerrone btw. His boxing is probably the best in the division and we know how poor Cerone head movement is. It will be like the Diaz fight all over again

Cruz/Mizugaki is on the 178 prelims :heh:

This card needs all the help it can get, and I'm not saying Cruz is a huge draw, but why would you put his return on free TV?

I have no idea how Kennedy made it onto the PPV portion either after that stinker he had vs. Bisping

They need a name to draw the fs1 Prelins and nothing says that like former champ fighting for the first time in nearly 3 years. Better then 185 mid tier ranked wet blanket

So using that draw on TV is better than PPV (one that is headlined by two flyweights)?

“If Joe Silva called me up and offered me that fight, yeah, I’d take that and knock his head off,” Johnson recently told Fighter’s Only Magazine. “I would take that fight immediately, without hesitation. And that’s not because I see my long term future at heavyweight either. Not really. But before I retire – which I don’t plan on doing any time soon either – I do plan on fighting at heavyweight a couple of times. “And, well, right now, Alistair Overeem is the right guy (laughs). I’d love to knock him out. And I’d do it with a big smile on my face too.”

It, also, appears that Machida/Rockhold are in talks.

You already have McGregor and cerrone/Alvarez on the card. Cruz isnt going to add any extra buys so why not put him on fs1 where he is well know from being an analyst?
