Gus' defense is poor, but what he has going for him the most is an excellent chin. That could save him from Rumble, especially if this one ends up being a 5 rounder.

I'm hoping Reem wins, but I'm getting this weird feeling that Rothwell will somehow pull off the upset. He's durable and isn't an easy guy to finish.

This one has an eery feel of the buildup to the Bigfoot fight a year ago.

Shogun vs Manuwa??
I'm a shogun fan for life but Manuwa is going to destroy him. Chute Boxe took years off their fighter's lives the way they trained. It made for some brutal warriors but damn, they aged like no other.
The loss to gus was expected. The loss to sonnen was horrifying. smashing te huna gave me hope, but when a :flabbynsick: hendo finished him i had the :deadkid:face

fingers crossed he somehow gets a ko though. he'll never win another decision inside the top 10.

Hoping rumble wins, because that would be some awesome underdog shyt
dude looks unstoppable right now. we'll see if his defensive boxing is up to scratch

and I don't give a fukk about pettis until i see bruce buffer calling his name in the centre of the octagon.

edit: randy couture is gonna be on dancing with the stars.

funny how the erosion of 2 of their most prominent fighters began the moment they left Japan, coincidence? :sas1:

Charles Oliveira, who was getting over a viral infection he contracted in Brazil, had a relapse earlier this week and missed weight for the bout Thursday, coming in at 150 pounds. He did not attempt to weigh in again. This morning, the Brazilian fell ill, and after being seen by a doctor he was pulled from the bout. The UFC Fight Night event at Foxwoods … will proceed as scheduled with nine bouts.”

Hopefully Mike Dolce will calm the fukk down now in light of this, dude was doing way too much on twitter after Olivera missed weight

Thiago Silva is back in the UFC and is expected to fight in January.
