I thought his injury was only 6 months. UFC gotta start making interim champs. Thats the third division on hold for over a year

I think they should create interim championships if a champ is injured for more than 3-4 months, the average turnaround between fights. Longer than 12 months and you're stripped.

4 months? thats insane, the last thing you want is for an interim champ to be "gimmicky". Injuries are rife and often times we've had champs out for extended periods now say zuffa adopted your strategy wed have an interim champ in about 4-5 division which isnt a good look PR wise. It should only be required in extreme circumstances the most recent being dominic cruz/barao, ufc should've stepped in sooner on that.


This stuff at ww is condit being out, woodley choking, and zuffa's transparency in protecting McDonald (from losing) lawler (1# contender spot) is evident that hendricks can take his time..

after looking at my post again it does seem a little quick as a turnaround. I'm just sick of champs getting injured and holding up shyt
I don't even pay for ppvs though so

but if the interim champ goes on a tear and defends his interim belt a few times in the actual champ's absence, they could build off that and set up a fat ppv. but then shyt never happens that way though.
I'm just glad there wasn't injuries every fukking card like in 2012. GODDAMN that was a shytty year to be an mma fan

Overeem has an underrated ground game, I don't see him getting subbed. One sub loss in over 50 fights and that was to Werdum.

I got Overeem via TKO, he matches up well with Struve (who is not a power puncher and has shown to have a mediocre chin). Knowing Overeem though, he just might find a way to lose.

I was just hoping rooting against him will work out to him winning

I got Bellator set on the DVR, Manhoef/Marshall should be fireworks while it lasts.

Don't have Fight Pass, but I kinda wish I did for this card. The really need to get an app on every game system for the product, I think Xbox One has it, but PS4 and the older systems should get it as well.
