Maybe its because hes finished guys so quickly that I've never noticed, but Barao head movement is really terrible

His striking defence is general has always been mediocre.

This might be a good thing for Barao, it was a hard fight and he got hit quite a bit so that might be motivation to tweak his game and work on some things. Good submission win tho.

Mitch put up a solid fight, but Barao was at a level above him. Barao didn't look great in the fight though, until he got the mount and choke.

Might be time for Barao and Aldo to make that move to 145 and 155 respectively. Both look like they kill themselves to make that cut.
