Breh whats the point of a trilogy when one fighter has won the orginal and rematch decisively? say the fight ends due to a cut on pettis face then we have to have a fourth fight for what? pettis beat him 2x for the title

Like I said, he got caught. He didn't got completely dominated. Bendo has that respect. He may have to fight a few more times like Cownboy because its a competitive division but its not out of the realm for a 3rd fight if Pettis is still champ. This is a company that gave us 3 shamrock/ortiz fights when there was even less incentive and would book a silva/weidman 3rd fight in a heartbeat

you arent msging a noob breh we both know not all fights are created equal and politics often come into play.Ortiz/shamrock + TUF were 2 pivotal lynchpins that spearheaded the zuffa era and boy did they milk that rivalry for all the fanfare it garnered them.As for weidman i've already stated zuffa strategy behind his matches ad nauseaum Did pettis/bendo even crack 300k? so not only does the fight not need to happen but its not a sure bet the fans are clamoring for either = unnecessary. If ufc had sense they would let him face, cerrone, johnson (if he beats a top 5) & maybe even aldo before sceduling a 3rd fight with bendo

to be honest this fight actually has a higher probability than another pettis/bendo. Its certainly more marketable and if Tate beats bethia or some other broad on a streak
