Sep 7, 2012 - Sara McMann will make her Strikeforce debut on Nov. 3 against Liz Carmouche.

According to sources close to the event, McMann and Carmouche have agreed to meet on the Strikeforce: Cormier vs. Mir card, which will take place at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, OK. Strikeforce is expected to announce the fight shortly.

McMann, who signed with Strikeforce earlier this week, is a 2004 Olympic wrestling silver medalist. Since making her MMA debut in May 2011, she has gone 6-0, most recently defeating Shayna Baszler at Invicta FC 2 in July.

Carmouche (7-2) has won her last two fights in a row. She holds notable wins over Kaitlin Young and Jan Finney in her short MMA career.

The top 135-pound bout is expected to air on the main card of the Showtime-televised event. The winner could very well be next in line for a title shot against bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.

There's some unfinished business, for sure. I don't think Henderson handled the situation wisely, by making fun of me for not taking the fight (against Sonnen). Dude, you just dodged a bullet and you're talking trash to me? You got injured and you're going to talk trash that I didn't fight Chael? He came out with this ad that said, ‘Buy a Hendo shirt and get a free Jon Jones shirt to dry your car off with.' You're making fun of me, yet you got hurt and dodged a bullet? You're sitting at home with ice on your knee and I'm here doing pushups again because I thought my camp should have been over. I have stuff to do and you're sitting around your home playing video games, or whatever you do during the day. ... You should shut up and be grateful you dodged a bullet."

You know who needs to quit? Robbie lawler. Dude is :scusthov: and he's somehow on every strikeforce card

He's exciting and has tons of power, he'd easily get a spot on the UFC roster when Strikeforce folds.

His fight with Melvin Manhoef was one of the best Strikeforce fights ever. I was like: :ohhh::ooh:

If my nikka Manhoef had a legit chin he was well on his way to committing manslaughter. He had Lawler doing splits from leg kicks

Lawler is wack as fukk. Dude throws like 3 punches a fight nowadays and if he doesn't knock his opponent out with those punches he does nothing else.

He's still a pretty exciting fighter and I'm sure the UFC brings him over. Yes, Lawler is not that great of a fighter, but like I've said, he's usually fun (not always, sometimes he's too tentative) to watch and has great KO power.

His chin is okay, not bad, but def. not good. He recently stood and took punishment from a bigger Spong in a K-1 match. Also, not only did he get caught on the button (in the Lawler fight), Lawler has great power. Manhoef was absolutely DOMINATING him though, he was sending Lawler's legs flying from his leg kicks. Manhoef prolly has the most powerful leg kicks in MMA, plus he's an excellent striker with DISGUSTING power (he hits as hard or harder than a lot of HWs)

For his most recent fights, I agree to an extent. His fight with Kennedy had me like, wtf is this dude doing, why isn't he attacking.
