Do not lump Aldo & RDA with Erick Silva. Aldo looked literally no different than before, RDA hasn't even weighed in or fought yet, so we can't judge for sure but he looks fukking shredded from in his training pics.
Erick Silvs showed up his last fight with like no definition whatsoever. A very obvious change in physique much like Vitor when he fought Weidman and went from looking like The Incredible Hulk to a kind of in shape middle aged dad
