Joe Silva doesn't like him. He's been picked up on that UFC camera they use for their site badmouthing Aoki on more than one occassion. Lorenzo likes him a lot and publicly said he wanted Aoki before he signed with ONEFC. Unfortunately Dream going out of business and the earthquakes made him stay in Asia after his one and only Strikeforce fight. He would have continued fighting for SF if not for Zuffa buying it and demanding exclusive contracts.

Aoki is a nationalist at heart. He loves Japan and feels it's on him to keep JMMA alive. Which sucks. I'd LOVE to see him in the UFC.

I don't think he would become champ, but I could see him being a top 10 LW in the UFC and picking up sub of the night bonuses like crazy. The transition from the arm-bar into the triangle :ohhh:

Some thought on last night

Sucks to see Brown's leg go out like that, but I am happy that Bigfoot got his first UFC win. What's with these HW's trying to get on Cruz's style, but not able to do it like him. They need to :whoa:

This night featured some great comebacks both from Michael Johnson and Mike Pearce.

Diego Nunes impressed me a lot by really letting his hands go, he put the beats on Bart for most of the fight. He should stay aggressive like that in his fights.

Bellator HW tourney was comical from Prindle smashing Silva's nuts this time with an axe kick, their fights must be cursed to Brett Rodgers looking super :flabbynsick: That tall ass Russian dude he fought was just having fun out there.
