What more of a push does he want? He's gotten over 20 fights, hes gotten title fights, hes gotten fights vs the top guys cowboy, rds , Ben Henderson. Hes headlined 6 cards, what more of a push does he want? Does he want dana to bend him over backwards n give em sum pushes from behind?

Out of 22 fights he's only missed weight once, Dos Anjos didnt knock him out either but this may have played a role for that all fukkery on that fight week

I would give Conor that first round but only by a small margin. Conor was hitting Nate with some BOMBS in the first round, but at the same time Nate was catching Conor with some jabs. A lot of people overlooked that Conor was catching jabs as he was trying to close the distance because all they saw was a bloody Nate.

justinbieberNo bandwagon but Conor is a true champion, fights with style and finesse, all the respect to Nate but his style is terrible. Nate has crazy heart respect.

Most def agree with this.

After I saw the fight a 2nd time I still gave the round to Conor but it was much closer than it felt watching it live at the bar.

The 2nd round was pretty even too but Nate did better work. Even before the 1-2 that rocked McG he was catching him with some stiff ass jabs that stopped Conor in his tracks.

SN: all this "2 weight class" talk has to end about McG. RDA is right, he fought a 155er. There was no physical advantage other than height and reach

No but it wasn't domination like many have declared. Conor was clearly winning, even before the reversal and ground n pound at the end but Nate was hitting him with shots before that.

Nah. A lot of people made too much of the cut opened up by Conor but he won the first. Conor's got really bad striking defense TBH.

I wouldn't call the Diaz bros team players in terms of the UFC. From hospital brawls, failed drug tests, contract holdouts and complaints about pay they've never worried about the company at all...that's one of the reasons I've always liked them.
