Rory also said he's not happy with the way negotiating has gone with the UFC. Says he deserves more money than the UFC is offering. Said he's going to sign with whoever offers the most.

Rory is getting paid 50k/50k on his current deal, which is awful for an elite fighter in of the best/deepest divisions in the UFC.

I'm not worried about that. They will pay Rory. Top contender and he's their only Canadian star right now

Coker said he has no interest in Sterling. Sterling wanted to test the free agent market and Bellator didn't even want to talk to him.

That was dumb as fukk. He's young, he wasn't asking for a ton of money and their bantamweight division is so shallow. I get it though, Coker probably just wants more names so he can get more viewers to watch the younger guys he already has

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
20-25% based of reported income only or including non-reported bonuses?

Including non-reported income based off credit agency reports and Fertitas own admission.

I got into a long ass debate in another forum and wasted much time looking all this shyt up.

Also, I like Sterling but big fat white guy with a personality is easier to market than he is unfortunately.

And as we see, Coker is about making fights that grab attention. He mixes in the real shyt too but he don't overpay, it seems

Coker wants fighters who will bring in numbers right now. They don't really care about building their young/up and coming talent. Meathead is a bigger name than Sterling and is a HW, the casuals love HWs.

It sucks for Sterling though. Great fighter with a bright future. Wasn't happy with the UFC's offers, tried to contact Bellator and they weren't interested at all.

Hope rory jumps shyt too...praying the rebook deal bleeds the talent pool out until Bellator is a viable alternative for watching MMA (and not freakshows) or UFC straightens the issue out with fighter pay. These dudes were barely making shyt before the deal now it's just ridiculous.

I'm torn on this situation. On one hand, I want to see viable competitors to the UFC. As a result, fighters will get paid better and we'll get better cards/fights. But on the other hand, I want the best fighting the best under one banner.
