:dwillhuh::mindblown:Come on now?! How is he better? Diaz has longer reach, better boxing, better BJJ, is taller, has a better chin, has better cardio...Conor just has more speed and KO power. Neither has worked that long or well on even a pudgy Diaz. Don't do this.:rudy:

All that is true. And he still lost the first round cleanly to Connor. It's not out the realm of possibility that he could beat Diaz

? You really must think highly of Conor if you're suggesting that I think Nate is "God" tier. Styles makes fights and you haven't said anything that would make me believe Conor didn't execute exactly what you said in the first round. He blew his stamina fine but I never though Conor had good stamina anyway I seen him sorta fade against Siver but I digress. I believe Nate got his number. Will it take 3 fights if Conor wins the next? Because that would make it 1-1

I just keep it real. All this Connor has no shot is ludicrous. He was winning that fight until he gassed. Lets see what adjustments he make. You reactionary fans were probably the same ones who said GSP or Cain had no chance in a rematch against Serra or JDS

You're not keeping it real because again you're overlooking the fact that Nate didn't have the time to train for this fight.

I think the lack of weight cut hurt Mcgregor mentally. I think he was lacking the focus and anger that comes from making it to 145. He was to damn happy all week.

(1) I thought that McGregor was EASILY going to destroy Nate Diaz...Read my pre-fight posts...I was WRONG...

(2) McGregor has VERY LITTLE chance of beating Diaz...Even his "puncher's chance" is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced because of Nate's chin and clear reach advantage...

(3) The "McGregor was winning until he gassed" excuse is just PLAIN STUPID...The fight was scheduled for 5 rounds and he had a full camp, he should have been able to go 5 rounds...Period.

It is even more LUDICROUS considering Nate didn't even have a camp...He damn near cut his vacation short, stepped in the ring and CONVINCINGLY smoked McGregor...Period.

(4) Nate won the fight FAIR N SQUARE...McGregor's best is NOT good enough to beat Nate Diaz in a series of fights...

a.) McGregor can't KO him in the first round b.) McGregor can't go passed 2 rounds c.) McGregor can't submit him d.) McGregor can't beat him in a fight for points amateur boxing match...Nate will light him up with his 1 and 2 combos all night...

Shat don't look good for McGregor vs Nate Diaz...

(5) With that said, I would rather watch McGregor vs Diaz 2 than watch Aldo/Edgar...I have never liked Aldo/Edgar fighting styles...I see them as "safe fighters" who are trying to go to a decision every fight...But they are good at capitalizing on mistakes...

I want to see fighters like Diaz, McGregor, Wonderboy, Lawler and etc...I want to see "I am here to finish you" fighters...

Diaz is always in shape. Hes a vegan who regularly trains year round like Faber. Cats acting like hes Rampage out of camp

What does that have to do with anything?
That Nate will be more prepared next time around. Conor's first round was probably one of he best he has had in the UFC he was landing bombs and didn't show any fear. Octagon control and was hitting Nate at will. Nate admits to being reserved to keep his stamina in a good place to last for the next 4 rounds.

So Diaz is all of the sudden God tier now? Connor is a better fighter then him. One fight doesn't change anything

People are definitely overrating Nate since that Conor fight. He's a solid fighter and everything, but his career is based on being inconsistent. It would fit Diaz's career narrative to show up and get outclassed in a rematch.

I have zero desire to see that fight again, but Nate isn't some unbeatable monster that people are making him out to be.
