Connor needs to acclimate his body and add true muscle if he truly wants to complete at 170(which is still a bad idea because he is small) Being bloated with water weight and eating steak is not a proper way to bulk up

It's funny cuz Nate let that dude off easy by just punching him a few times and then submitting him, RDA would've ground and pounded Conor with some hard ass blows for a good minute.
