Tony Ferguson pulled out of the fight because he had a collapsed lung. I had the same thing, it's gonna take him at least 6-8 months to get back unless he got a plureodesis (the surgery where they staple and glue the lung to the rib). If he gets hit there again, he's done.

Fights should be to the finish...Just add rounds until somebody is finished...All fights should be scheduled for a potential 50 rounds...

50 rounds ? How long have you watched mma ?
Of course, the fight will not go 50 rounds, the max they can go is MAYBE 10 rounds...But no athletic commission will sanction fights to the finish...The 50 round thing is just for the sanctioning...
But technically the fight is to the "finish"...And it will end before 10 rounds...This way we don't get results like Bisping vs Silva...Were a dude is declared the winner, even though he was beaten to a pulp...
