So much for that 6 month medical suspension.

I see you Cormier. Dude was legit furious cause he felt he missed his chance with a rusty Jones. Plan B: no time to rest or train
Won't work papa

Both of them haven't been medically cleared yet. They both said they're good to go though.

Is this the big match left to announce for 200? I feel like if they can get one more big fight it will make up for the McGregor loss. Damn Conor really let the hype get to his head.

Jones owns DC's emotions when it comes to fighting. That's why the 2nd fight is gonna basically go the same IMO.

Jon has him fumbling all over himself disrespecting his past opponents for no reason just to try to talk shyt back to jones, who's laughing at him the whole time at this press conference

Jones at the NY press conference: "That was my first fight in fifteen months, I had been in jail the same month, and he was only able to land like two punches on me the whole fight. It's funny that people consider that my worst performance and I still earned a 50-44. If that's the standard that people hold me to, than it's definitely a good problem to have."

In other news, here's what the Jones/Cormier staredown looked like.

I still laugh when Jones got Cormier to say he told me to suck his d**k over and over

:snoop: feels like I have gone back in time, this was the kind of nonsense they had to do to shake that "bring the pain" image while seeking mainstream acceptance. And you don't put arguably the greatest fighter ever (jones) and the company's most revered icon (liddell) tucked in the back of a camera shot promoting The UFC
