bubba bubba but it because of all his knee surgeries
:rudy: the older u are the more brutal it is to cut weight. And going to lw/fw isnt going to some how fix his eternal cardio issue

Is it your life's mission to be a fakkit?

What else could it be that prevents him from getting in great shape? What other athletes return to peak form after multiple knee injuries?

breh considering he was able to still win the strap after all the knee surgery's and at the time the 205 division was the most stacked..

Co-sign.

The fact that he's still fighting is an accomplishment in itself.

Sherdogs saying Phil Davis vs Vinny...any truth to this? Great fight for Vinny if this is the case. Even standup in my opinion, and Phil lenky ass body doesnt want anything to do with him on the ground in any position

** i dont know how to 'mention people' in here, tried to hit that to Jutt

Just @ that person breh....

Anyway, man idk. Vinny been talkin reckless on twitter to Phil for the past week or so.

I honestly think this is a bad matchup for Vinny. I think hes got the edge standing up, Vinny probably wont be able to take Phil down....but if it goes to the ground...well you know the rest :skip:

Good fight imo though.

That fight sucks. Vinny cannot take Phil Davis down and his striking is terrible. Phil's not that much better standing but he's still good enough to beat Vinny.

I wouldnt say it would suck, i think itd be interesting at the least. Its gonna be funny to see whos gonna try to push the action striking since both of them are

Im biased though...for both dudes. Phil is from the same area @Heelhook and I are from :manny:

And yall know why i stan Vinny

he was supposedly recovering from "knee surgeries" in both the machida fights too yet his body type was still flabby as hell & cardio? unaffected

jason kidd, kevin garnett and they are on the road for most of the year running up and down a court :mjpls:

:russ: because everyones body constitution is the same right? Like penn has ever been the gym rat or had the cardio siver has right? Sure he could fluctuate between weighclasses in his 30s no problem. His body will just magically right itself after years of not being accustomed to cutting/rigorous training :pachaha:

Im saying its a good fight for Vinny in that, if he gets it, and somehow wins, hes right up there at the top of the division. Right now hes not close to the top of the division based off of who hes fought, and while this fight may not go to the ground, phils standup isnt necessarily scary. Could have potential to be a really bad kickboxing match...but if Phil is dumb enough to try to secure a takedown to win a round out of habit, its a wrap in my eyes

I swear you do this shyt because youre bored. Hes had massive knee injuries. Your body isnt the same after that. He probably cant train as hard as he could before.

He was NOT recovering from knee surgery before the 1st and 2nd fight with Machida. He had knee issues before the fight with Griffin. He still fought and then afterwards had knee surgery. He re-injured himself a few months later and had another knee surgery. His final knee surgery was after the second Machida fight.

Shogun ALWAYS looks a bit 'flabby'. What are you trying to say? He was a bit 'flabby' for both fights with Machida and still performed really well.

So, 3 major knee surgeries had minimal affect on Shogun? That's good to know
