Yea she basically was fukked. Either way she wasn’t going to get a new contract. Might as well take the guaranteed money that was worth more as opposed to taking the fight and getting show/20% of Ladd purse. And they only did this because she’s leading that project spearhead thing to get fighters in UFC/Bellator unionized

they reached an impasse in contract talks since February so she knew what the situation was.

Its like when mj asked madonna to do naomi campbell's part in 'keep it in the closet" and her reply was i will do it if i get to play the man and you are the girl. Clearly he would never agree to that but she asked anyway to be facetious.

Nobody makes a stipulation that i will only except this fight against this fighter (that was 1.8lbs over mind u) if you extend my contract with "1" fight. why wouldnt she ask for a new contract with multi fights? She knew the terms and didnt want to fight so put that stipulation out there because she knew the answer would be "hell no". She is now hanging her hat on well i fought cyborg.

I like the part where she says i was going to get paid whether I fought or not so if i fought it would be like fighting for free. No you would be earning the 31k you were paid by entertaining the fans?

Ps and you know her position with the union is heavily dependent on her being employeed by the UFC right? So its not that she wanted to fight for the company per se' it was more beneficial for project whatever its called that she was a ufc fighter

You’re missing my point. From a hardcore point of view sure. Marketing wise who is making noise for the casual fan? There isn’t really any bad blood/animosity yet between any of these fighters for the UFC to market off of.
