The potential of Masvidal losing to Colby/Usman is pretty fuvking high. I don’t see how Nick Diaz coming off a couch is a “terrible” fight, that would be a massive fight and Nicks not a big guy

The storyline and money is there but I would take a shot at the title first and then see what's with up Nick Diaz
Jorge already gets ppv points, Nick is the bigger fight and the safer fight, y’all trippin.
Nick vs Jorge would do big numbers, Nick is still very popular. Zabit might need to move up, if he ever got a shot at Max he'd get destroyed if he couldn't finish him within 2 rounds.
Not interested in seeing a washed and flabby Diaz, who hasn't won a fight since 2011, fight someone who's on a tear like Jorge especially since Usman/Colby is coming up in a months time.

Get paid heavy for a near guaranteed win...I think that PPV would outsell a Covington/Usman fight too. Career wise it's the obvious choice, though I'm greedy and would rather see him fight for the belt. Nick's probably cooked and from what I've heard the full interview made it look like Nick should keep his gloves hung up on the wall but I gotta check it out for myself to really say.
Facts are that theres nothing wrong with Arlovskis chin, everyone who has knocked him out are some real heavy hitters and the heavyweight division has heavier hitters by default. You cant really take anything away from him in those Ls cuz most fighters wouldve been put down taking those same blows.

Fighting Nick is just for money. Nick isn’t gonna hurt Jorge or visa versa. I think people wanna see Nick in there for nostalgia purposes but overall this fight does nothing except put money in both the fighters pockets. Jorge needs to focus on the title or getting GSP out or hell go against Woodley.
