Not really. He's not what he once was, he's contemplated retirement before. His heart ain't in it anymore, in PFL he has a excellent shot of winning that tournament and calling it a career.

Rory is still young he should take a few years off then make a rejuvenated UFC comeback
Rory has been fighting professionally since he was 16 years old and has a ton of mileage and punishment on his body, he's an old fighter.

Rory really sounded like his head isn't in it any more after the loss to Gegard and he hasn't looked mentally there to me since the Robbie fight (I've been a big fan and really felt he never fully recovered from that war). PFL is a good place for him to potentially make a big payday and mitigate damage, but if he's not mentally locked in then the quick turn arounds could catch him because he hasn't had a killer instinct for a long time.
