Saw the weigh-in...a few thoughts:

Nog looked about as in-shape as I've seen him in a while...dude had abs, lol...but Junior looked great at the weigh-in b/f Cain mollywhopped him. :patrice

yeah, I saw that as well.

Werdum should look to end this fight early because I think Nog has him beat as far as cardio and conditioning goes (Werdum was slowing down vs. Nelson even though he was in control of that fight).
