:usure:

You can't visualize Jon on top...raining down elbows en route to a TKO victory.

And it's not as if Jon doesn't have submissions :heh:

Episode no.2 of Fight Master airs tonight....so far, so great.

Anybody saw Rousey's Fighter's Cut? She gave a play by play of her last 3 fights...she really broke down the action well....very technical with how she was breaking down her work....This wasn't like Tito stumbling/stammering or Mir waxing poetic about subbing Brock after 2 minutes of getting smacked around....you'll all still hate her, though :fire:

Anderson is able to replace guard, and mount offense from guard. Offense thats good enough to put people on defense. Weidman is suceptible to the submission from guard as well. Standing, he really has no chance against the spider and thats the last place he should allow the fight to be.

Cage rust, WHO he's fighting and the "moment" are going to be a whole lot for Weidman to overcome. I just don't see it

I am amazed how many cats I've seen online that think he's going to walk in, double leg Silva, pass his guard and just beat on him until its stopped

Weidman ate a lot of punches from Jesse Bongfeldt or whatever his name was , but I have trouble seeing Anderson not getting bullied to the ground. See the fight as dead even to be honest

I hear what u are saying but every single MMA fighter has said weidman has this and when you factor father time there is no way to downplay this win without revealing u are just a hater that cant stand by their word.

They probably wont give him props because its anderson, when he steps in the cage magic happens and everyone takes it for granted because of the racial element but true heads know the odds hes against and how impressive this win will be just on the basis of going 7 years without a loss.

ps has he even fought this year?

No way anderson beats Jones , stop yall bullshieeet

I think Anderson's age is more of a factor than his opponent at this point. He put his back against the cage, arms at his sides and took straight shots to the face from Bonner, a big LHW on roids. He ate those shots like candy then turned on the switch and had Bonner in a fetal position within 10 seconds.

Everyday he's getting older and slightly slower than the day before. I think that's going to be the actual factor.

Anderson destroys Jones. The only way to beat Anderson is by submission and it has to be out of the blue.

Yep. Anderson may not be Damien Maia on the ground but he's the best outside of Jon jones at using his limbs(is why his muy Thai is so fluid) and his black belt is legit from one of the goats. He's also crafty as hell, the technique he used to finish Nate marquardt, the trip he used to finish Stephen Bonnar, the vitor front kick, the tony fryklund elbow, the shoulder rolls vs Okami, the hand trap he also used vs Okami at the end of the first round where he landed a head kick, the list goes on he has so many tools. This is why I think he could beat Jon jones all it takes is one mistake Anderson's killer instinct is top notch

Thing is though. As great as Jones wrestling is...is he gonna be able to get Silva down? I can see Anderson peppering jones with a variety of strikes to disrupt Bones' rhythm on his shot.

Y'all are delusional. Jon would dominate Anderson. Too big and too skilled as well as being a horrible match up.
