A day after White said on "FOX Sports Live" that he will try to book Sonnen vs. Silva at UFC 167 on Nov. 16 in Las Vegas, White told MMAFighting.com that the bout is currently in jeopardy.

"[Silva] said he won't fight him unless he gets PPV [points] so I guess he's gonna retire," White wrote via text message.

When asked what he plans on doing with Sonnen next, White wrote, "we will figure it out."

The Last of the Outlaws
Damn. I wanna see them fight because they seem to really dislike one another, Wandy has never to my knowledge been about money as far as a fight goes, hate to say it about a fave but it makes me wonder if he expects to lose and wants to cash out

Vinny Magalhaes has decided against retirement after all.
Magalhaes (10-7, 1 NC) has agreed to meet Jeff Monson (49-15-1) in a heavyweight bout on Nov. 9 in Hawaii, the fighter confirmed with MMAFighting.com. The fight will be a part of the Global Warrior Challenge 2: USA vs. Brazil event.
The 29-year-old Brazilian was released from the UFC following his 14-second knockout loss to Anthony Perosh at UFC 163 on Aug. 3. The loss marked his second in a row.
Following the fight, Magalhaes said he would retire if the UFC released him, but he has since told MMAFighting.com that he was too emotional at the time.
"I never really thought of retiring," he said. "I made those comments within 24 hours after I had lost a fight, so I was still a little frustrated, and I was being too emotional with my responses. That's why I haven't said a thing since. I needed to clear my mind before starting to speak about my next moves."
The 42-year-old Monson has also lost his last two fights in a row.

Wand ain't what he used to be but he's always done well against wrestlers. He has great td defense. I only hope it's at 205. It would suck for Wand to have to come back from injury after a long layoff and cut weight.
