It wouldn't have hurt for Goddard to say "If you can't fight, I'll stop the fight right now" instead of instantly running in to stop the fight. I've never seen one fighter get all the ire of the ref when neither one is active.

These refs need to chill. They should be rotated out every couple of years. Why is it almost always the same guys ?
