Manchester's troubled new venue is criticised for postponing its opening concert at the last minute.

UFC put UFC 304 their UK PPV in this new arena in Manchester, England which isn't even open yet because they keep having problems and every event been delayed...plus they want the main card to start 3am UK time.....sounds like a recipe for disaster
