There was a bizzare turn of events at World Series of Fighting tonight, as Elvis Mutapcic’s middleweight bout with Jesse Taylor was scrapped at the last minute by the New Jersey State Athletic Commission.

There are few details available at this time. Reportedly there was a medication which Mutapcic was taking backstage which is prohibited. Mutapcic would claim that the official may have seen something that his manager (who appears similar to Mutapcic and was dressed identically) was taking for a heart condition.

The way he stumbled back after getting KO'ed was hilarious. Overall the card was okay, they picked a horrible night to air the fight.

Martina is good but Cyborg is no slouch when it comes to Mauy Thai...this fight was also short notice for Cris because she wasn't fighting Mauy Thai until Nov I think, in Thailand
