who is they? ufc has the leverage (being matchmakers/owning the rights to who cyborg wants) If they are saying they can make the fight (which they did) its for cyborg to do whats needed.They stipulated if it were ever to happen its 135lbs no if and or buts.Tito and her started copin pleas like "my doctor said i will die" "if i do it I cant get pregnant", making lofty demands like "I will do it but only at featherweight".How the hell is that possible when that division doesnt exist in the ufc? They (being tito/cyborg) clearly werent serious now shes saying she'll make the cut but needs 8 months to do it
Why hasn't the UFC signed Holly Holm yet? She would definitely KO Ronda if she plods forward with her chin up

i'll be shocked if holly isn't singed by ufc by the end of the year. there's no rush for holly to got to ufc. holly been doing this mma shyt for a few years. let her build up some wins and experience in the small leagues then go to the ufc. she was also talking sum crazy shyt in december about how she wanted 6 figures to go to the ufc
she wasn't even making that in boxing.i like holm, her stand up is 2nd to none BUT, that ground game has some question marks. because she was a former boxer, one thing she has that none of these wmma fighters have is, great footwork and mastering the distance from her opponent. in all the 3 fights i've seen from her, none of her opponents cans seem to cut off the cage and come close to her. we still have yet to see what she can do when she's on her back against a solid opponent.
personally, i rather just see cyborg take 1 fight at 135 in invicta then have one more in the summer/fall at 135 in ufc. then the next against ronda at 135. do we really need to see cyborg take 4-5 fights at 135 before she fights ronda.
Dana wants to delay the inevitable as long as possible. I think Cyborg can and will make it down to 135 and if she looks anywhere close to what she looks like at 145 Ronda is going down.
She gon catch the nicest uppercut pursuing that clinch against Cyborg

Just reading the stuff about Gil's contract and it sounds like he got paid. Good for him 
Used Bellator as leverage, came out with a TUF gig, title shot and ppv points. I will be watching the season he and Showtime are coaching the women straweights. This does put the LW title on ice for awhile, but looking on the bright side Pettis was hurt and wasn't going to be able to defend for awhile. At least now he should have more time to recover and doesn't try to rush back to defend his belt. This fight I don't think isn't happening to late 2014.
On the other hand it means we won't be getting a Pettis/Aldo superfight anytime soon and Aldo is probably looking at a rematch with Chad Mendes or Cub Swanson next.

now they've matched the rights and booked him a place on tuf 
good, like i said before the time to do it was when pettis was chasing for the 145 title.If aldo aint ready to finally move to lw why should he be forced to drop his 145 title just because the ufc are running low on sizzle..
