Remember when SF was purchased by the UFC and we as fans were excited because it would finally be the end of those watered-down cards? Yeah...

Brown vs E. Silva doesn't really make any sense in terms of rankings. However, it's going to be a really exciting fight. Both guys are super aggressive.

How the fukk do they not have Frankling headlining cincy against someone like Belcher or Phillipou? That card is on TV too. They have to be purposely putting shyt cards on Fox to drive interest in Fight Pass

First off he's from the city. Second off Belcher isn't retired. Third, don't act like a dude on a losing streak has never been in the main event. Hendo has lost four fights and he's headlining in Brazil. It doesn't matter the point is Franklin should be on the card, relic or not. Either that or retire already. Because that card is trash. Brown/Silva at best should be an opening or second fight on an undercard

What don't you get that it doesn't matter who Franklin faces as long as he's on the show? I just throw out their names because they are the ones who are free off the top of my head. They havent been to that city in 7 years and thats what card they present to him. If Dana did ignore him then that's cool watch he get a flopped gate back

This aint 2008 brah they dont need to pander to cincy like that to get gates, what franklin could fetch them at this stage of his career (marred by irrelevancy) isnt that much more than what a random dude could get.Franklin never really put asses in seats in his hey day anyway

ufc just doesnt have that sort of traction anymore u tellin me hicks in cincy are just going to say "ace franklin? yeah i remember him lets go c our boys last fight" come on....If they dont have another favourite fighter by now they probably dont care for the sport.Franklin should just evoke apathy at this point..
