Padding a record implies low level competition, Saffiedine is a top 10 WW. Also, Saffiedine is the best fighter available for MacDonald to fight. Who else would you have him fight? If Zuffa really wanted to push MacDonald they would've already gave him a title shot coming off the Woodley win.

Jones is one of the top draws but pulls in average numbers at best. Its in the ufc's best interest to stack up this card to fetch as many buys as possible. Jones comes with a big price tag they need this to do more than 300k

we've had discussions about rankings before so saying saffiedine is this and that is nothing to me. As for your other question u put him on ice till lombard is ready or give him the loser of the upcoming fox headliner
