All these injuries, anyone wondered that maybe the new style of basketball isn't sustainable like that?

Players today are required to do more running which automatically means a higher risk of leg injury. On top of that many players play in too many tournaments in their youth, coming to NBA league already with a certain mileage.

A lotta injury ridden teams, we are about to have one of the most boring seasons in a long time.

It's the exact same argument they're having in baseball about pitchers throwing 3000+ rpms and 100+ mph. It's patently obvious, but since there's no real solution beyond "don't go so hard", people will act like it doesn't exist
